What began as one gingerbread house on a kitchen table has grown into a dedicated custom bakery trusted by families, event planners and businesses right across Wisconsin. Every order is still made the way it began — dough mixed by hand, spices measured with care, and royal icing piped by a real decorator rather than a machine.
We keep our schedule deliberately small during the holidays so that each showpiece receives the hours it deserves.
